Terms & Conditions — wainbd Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and the wainbd platform ("wainbd", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the wainbd website, mobile-optimised browser platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing.

By creating a wainbd account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform after having read these Terms, you confirm that you have fully read and understood this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by its provisions without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wainbd platform and close your account.

wainbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address or mobile number associated with your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the wainbd platform using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a chosen password.
• "Balance" means the current amount of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a player's wainbd account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applied bonus credits, minus any wagers placed and withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive credited to a player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the wainbd platform.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of BDT funds from a player's mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank account to their wainbd account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of BDT funds from a player's wainbd account balance to their designated mobile wallet or bank account.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, crash game, or any other gaming product accessible through the wainbd platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of BDT staked on the outcome of a Game or sporting event through the wainbd platform.
• "Prohibited Player" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 of these Terms.
• "Platform" means the wainbd website, browser- optimised mobile interface, and all associated services operated under the wainbd brand.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used for all time-referenced provisions in this Agreement.

Access to and use of the wainbd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wainbd enforces a strict 18+ policy and does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. 18+
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) opening an account for your own personal use.
• You must not be a Prohibited Player as defined in Clause 2 or excluded from the platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of wainbd or any affiliated company.

wainbd reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by the wainbd support team may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the player's account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible player is permitted to hold one single account on the wainbd platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where wainbd identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by shared mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — wainbd reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings generated across the duplicate accounts.

When registering a wainbd account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control
• A secure password of your own choosing
• Your correct full name as it appears on your national identity document
• Your date of birth

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wainbd Login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. wainbd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own disclosure of login credentials.

You must notify the wainbd support team immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. wainbd will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

All deposits on the wainbd platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wainbd does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform any currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• bKash — instant credit upon successful transaction confirmation
• Nagad — instant credit upon successful transaction confirmation
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant credit upon confirmation
• Upay — instant credit upon confirmation
• Bank Transfer — via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions (processing times may vary)

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. wainbd does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit on verified accounts, though individual transaction limits imposed by your mobile wallet provider or bank will apply. wainbd reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion for responsible gaming or security reasons.

All deposit transactions are processed over a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection. wainbd does not store your mobile wallet PIN, bank account number, or any full payment credentials on its servers. Deposit funds will be credited to your wainbd account balance promptly upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available BDT balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have completed the standard identity and age verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Any active bonus balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawals will be processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.

wainbd reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request for the purposes of completing identity verification, investigating a suspected breach of these Terms, or fulfilling any applicable legal or regulatory obligation. In such cases, the wainbd support team will contact the player at the mobile number or email address registered on the account.

Withdrawal requests that are found to involve funds derived from bonus winnings that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be reversed, and the relevant bonus balance will be forfeited. The player's remaining cash balance, if any, will be released for withdrawal once the investigation is complete.

wainbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all wainbd promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Certain games — including some live dealer tables and low-margin slots — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be used by any person other than the registered account holder.
• wainbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects misuse, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms or the specific offer terms.
• Players who registered using a VPN or proxy service, or who are otherwise suspected of abusing the bonus system in coordination with other accounts, will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

wainbd is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any player and may withdraw or alter any promotional programme at its sole discretion without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and the wagering period is actively in progress.

All bets and wagers placed on the wainbd platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for that specific game or market.

For sports betting, the following general provisions apply:

• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, cancelled, or declared void will be refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. wainbd does not guarantee that any specific in-play market will remain open throughout an event.
• wainbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, provided the player is notified and the original stake is returned.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. wainbd does not modify, interfere with, or adjust the outcomes of any game supplied by these providers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wainbd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault are not valid and will be voided
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through wainbd
• Laundering funds or using wainbd for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wainbd staff members through any communication channel
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been used to place wagers

All content on the wainbd platform — including but not limited to the wainbd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content licensed from third-party providers — is the intellectual property of wainbd or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the wainbd platform without prior written authorisation from wainbd.

Game content, including graphics, audio, and software, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to their respective intellectual property protections. Use of such content outside the intended play environment is strictly prohibited.

wainbd collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and customer support. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wainbd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wainbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof
• Any technical failure, server downtime, software bug, or connectivity issue affecting access to games or sports betting markets
• Any delay in the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Any unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's own failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Any outcome of any game or sporting event, whether or not the player believes the outcome to have been unfair or in error

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wainbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

wainbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in connection with a deposit
• A court order or instruction from a relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority
• The player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, wainbd reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonus balances and to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining cash balance (net of any void bonuses) will be returned to the player via the last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their wainbd account for reasons unrelated to a breach may do so by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawal at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.

wainbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as those affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus policies — wainbd will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform and/or sending a communication to the registered contact details on your account.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details), wainbd may update these Terms with immediate effect and without prior notice. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of the wainbd platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

wainbd operates as an offshore online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with their natural English meaning. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wainbd platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the wainbd support team.

Players accessing the wainbd platform from Bangladesh are solely responsible for determining whether their access and use of the platform is lawful under the laws of Bangladesh applicable to them as individuals. wainbd makes no representation that the platform or its services are legally permissible in all jurisdictions.
